Comments on: Are women writers now sexless?

I can’t imagine writing without consciousness that I am a woman. I’ve been treated like a weak, delicate flower (due to my petite frame and health problems no doubt) and a hysterical female. These experiences inform my writing, no matter what the topic. Also, I’m well aware of the issues faced by women around the world and women in the past: the oppression, the lack of equality to men.
