Read my latest story, "A Tale of Two Birthdays", at 52|250. I had heard before that the AP was making the ridiculous claim that fair use was limited to four words, meaning that bloggers should pay to quote a passage of five or more words, but after reading the latest development I realized that the necessary response was to write a cut-and-paste poem. A Poem for the Associated Press to bail out the cash they are simply too dangerous the higher the economic stress to first-generation, financially disadvantaged students For these lines, the AP believes I should pay $125. If I were a government-registered non-profit, that amount would drop to a much more reasonable $75. Have you written an Associated Press cut-and-paste poem? If not, why not? If so, drop a link in the comments. ETA: You can also submit to: AP poems. Related articles by Zemanta
